We use organic Green tea extract and pure Rosemary essential oil in our under eye cream. This is a great little product that targets under eye circles and fine lines. The Rosemary essential oil also helps with clearing sinus passages. Remember a little goes a long way with this product. Start out with just a dot under each eye and gently pat into skin. A little more may be added as needed.
